It might be Cancer b: Any lump in the breast needs to have a biopsy to find out the nature of the problem. It could be either cancer or beginnings of cancer(in situ cancer). A biopsy is done to make the exact diagnosis. So you need to go see an oncologist(surgical or medical oncologists are trained to investigate and make a proper diagnosis )and treat the problem appropriately.

See a surgeon: A breast lump with microcalcifications is possibly very concerning. Microcalcifications can be more concerning for a breast cancer given the right configuration. It would be best for you to be seen and evaluated by a surgeon who does breast surgery. Only then can you know for sure if it needs surgery or not.
