i have a knot on the back of my neck on right side that doesn't hurt at all, what is this?

You're Normal: If you are not hurting and it doesn't hurt when your press that is normal, nothing to worry about. If you are in pain and can't find the pain when your press, then it suggests something deeper is the cause of your pain and needs further evaluation.
