See below: Artefill is a permanent filler (which i don't use), but the carrier or the liquid portion of the filler will dissipate with time and that causes the results to look incomplete. Repeat treatment will correct that. It is safer to have many small corrections that one big mistake. Good luck from nyc.

Not Permanent: Artefill is not a permanent augmentation filler, and cannot maintain the permanent contours. Some use this, usually because they do not offer the correct rhinoplasty option in their training or experience. I would consult a cosmetic or plastic surgeon to look at full option for attaining contour changes of the nose.

Should last longer: The PMMA component of Artefill is not broken down by the body and stays in the skin. However, Artefill Non Surgical Rhinoplasty is performed in 3 to 5 sessions, spaced 6 weeks apart. One session is not enough. After doing hundreds of these procedures, I think that some people's collagen building reaction around the PMMA can fade partially over time. These people just need a touch up treatment.
