What to do if i take vyvance and i just got switched to intuniv does it have the exact same effect ?

No: Intuniv is a blood pressure medicine and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a stimulant. I think the prescribing of Intuniv to adults is an interesting treatment proposition. My intuition is that this treatment approach would benefit adults who manifest hyperactivity although attention may be enhanced. The advantage would be that Intuniv would most likely have a lower side effect profile as compared to vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
