Depends: It is not uncommon to have a very mild tremor after a strenuous workout. However, if your hands are getting tired quickly and/or if tremor just arises, you should have it examined by a physician. You may have something like a mild essential tremor to it being an early sign of something more worrisome. See a physician for a physical exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
