What to do if i have fibroadinosis of breast i am planning to conceive will the problem be solved after delivery?

Fibroadenoma?: If it is a solitary nodule in the breast it may be a fibroadenoma. If it is multiple small cysts, then it might be fibrocystic breast disease. Neither will affect a pregnancy if confirmed by a md.
