What to do if i have an enlarged breast bone. what does that mean?

Breast "bone"?: The breast is made up of soft tissue which includes glands and fat. The sternum is the bone in the center of your chest which connects the ribs. An "enlarged" sternum can cause the chest cavity to "stick out".
