MRI after THA: You should be able to have a MRI on any other part of your body without problems. With newer programs being developed you will be able to have a MRI of your replaced hip.

You can: You can have an MRI after a tha, it just needs to be noted before the scan is performed as the metal may affect the quality of the scan if it involves the pelvis or hip region. There are techniques to minimize the metal artifact on the scan but this needs to be ordered by your doctor.
