Can you tell me how can your doctor diagnose you with having scar tissue or adhesions on or around your ovaries?

Take a look: A doc can give a presumptive diagnosis, followed by recommendation for procedure to confirm diagnosis. Adhesion is very common and over used as a source of pain. Typically a surgery to look inside, see the adhesion, resect them or make an additional diagnosis is definitive. Okay to have a risk/benefit discussion with your doc about this. Take a friend. Be well.
