Stomach virus ....?: Quite a good number of viruses cause acute gastritis, i.e. Inflammation of inner lining of stomach with resultant abdominal pain, vomiting, low grade fever, malaise and diarrhea at the end. At this time, vaccine for this condition is not that much important, i think. There are so many other more serious infectious illnesses for which vaccines are needed.
