A member asked:

I'm breathing into a bag, or after exercise why is the rate (breath holding) slower?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Oscar Novick answered

Breathing: The accumulated carbon dioxide in the bag can influence the breathing center in you brain, causing you to breath slower

Dr Juchau and another doctor agreed
