I unclogged a pore filled with nasty white puss and it remained open and is still very open and noticable, how can i close and shrink it?

May shrink on own: If the pore was quite large as you say it may have caused some scarring. If that is the case there is little that you can do in terms of shrinking it. Give it some time though; keep the area clean and avoid further trauma at the site and it should become less noticeable. If it continues to bother you after a few months, consider seeking out a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
