Cubital tunnel: Typically refers to compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. "cubital" refers to the elbow. Ulnar tunnel usually means compression of the ulnar nerve ( some nerve diff location) in the ulnar tunnel or guyon's canal which is at the wrist. Symptoms can overlap as it is the same nerve but the findings are slightly different. As what is affecte43d is below the compression or towards the hand.
