Not many: It's better to get your nutrients by eating whole foods rather than taking a supplement. Get fish oil by eating fish, for example. We really don't replicate nature with supplements. However, if you live in a cloudy area like me, vitamin d may help your bones. Vitamin c is a good immune supporter. Ask your doctor, and eat well!
