Gastric outlet: To simply say it is ulcer is presumptive. There could be more going on. Pancreatitis, gallstone all can do the same thing but so can ulcer swelling causing pyloric obstruction. All can be bad. You do need to see your doctor for proper exam and treatment.

Zantac (ranitidine): Zantac otc will help. Also maalox, Nexium (esomeprazole) will help. You may need a shot of anti emetic to keep the med down.
