Maybe serious,or not: This ("oligomenorrhea") may or may not warrant intervention, but it certainly warrants gynecological ; physical assessment. It may also warrant some psychological screening. Hormones can affect mood, and certainly both emotions and hormones can affect periods. Good to get started looking into how you're functioning physically and emotionally. If help is needed, it's there for you.
