Deodorant?: The antiperspirant as well as the perfume can cause dermatitis at the armpits. Consult a dermatologist to check this out. May try topical Hydrocortisone to reduce the discomfort in the meanwhile.

Armpit lump: Hard lump on armpit is significant finding. Please see hematologist/ oncologist or general surgeon for biopsy to find out the cause.
