Otitis, exercise: Assuming that you don't feel worse after exercising it is probably ok to exercise. I would certainly avoiding swimming until the infection has been healed.

Depends: If you are at the point you are feeling better and not having noticeable fevers, then you can resume exercise at a reduced pace. While ill / recovering is not the time to push your limits, but you do not have to just vegetate to recuperate, either.
