Hernia?: If you lie flat on your back, with legs relaxed but flexed, does the "lump" eventually disappear? If so, it is most likely a hernia and should be evaluated by a surgeon. If not or unsure, see your dr or urgent care for evaluation and referral prior to onset of problems.
