My 15 yr had a bad case of mono 3 mos. ago. so sick ever since with severe head pressure test revealed low immunity streptococcus pneumonia ?!

Low immunity: I think you meant that she had lower antibody levels to streptococcus pneumonia on blood test. If it is the case, she will need a booster shot with pneumococcus vaccine. It is hard to say her symptoms would improve though with this.
