See a GYN MD: Your wife needs to be evaluated by a gyn md to actually determine causes for the UTI + treatment. The vaginal bleeding needs inspection to determine its' cause.

Should not happen: She should not have bleeding with sex or have a UTI after sex. The first step is to schedule a basic pelvic exam with an obgyn for evaluation.
