See md: Pain on right side can be from lots of things, including appendicitis, ovarian cyst, tubal pregnancy, turbo ovarian abscess, stds, other. Some of these are serious. Milky discharge could be normal, yeast, pus from stds like gonorrhea. You need to get examined asap.
