Galactorrhea: Yes, it is possible that this is an early symptom of pregnancy. A simple pregnancy test will confirm. If negative you should see your physician to evaluate other causes of sensitive nipples and a nipple discharge called galactorrhea. This can be a symptom of a pituitary tumor.
