A member asked:

I've been off birth control a year so i won't have trouble with pregnancy. its been four months since my last period. how do i regulate my period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pills: Usually the best way to regulate menstrual cycles is taking birth control pills. They were actually developed for cycle control and not contraception. Coming off the birth control pills allows a lot of hormonal dysfunction to surface, especially in larger women.
