U might faint: If your not used to sauna( by having a drop of blood pressure).Ask your treating physician or better yet, your cardiologist.

Sauna: Exforge (amlodipine and valsartan) is a medication used for high blood pressure as long has your blood pressure is not low u can go in the sauna.
