Not a good idea: Unfortunately this combination tablet which contains acetaminophen500 mgm and a non steroidal called aceclofenac a non steroidal inflammatory drug.100mgm per tablet is not available in usa. Check with the pharmacist or doctor how often and how many pills you can take it per day.
