Stomatitis: Migraine and stomatitis are not related comorbidites. Stomatitis is inflamed and sore mouth, can disrupt a person's ability to eat, talk, and sleep. Lack of sleep might trigger more migraine episodes. Most common stomatitis is a canker sore which is a single pale or yellow ulcer with a red outer ring or a cluster of such ulcers in the mouth, usually on the cheeks, tongue. Avoid spycy food.

Migrane/mouth ulcers: Totally unrelated. Have you been diagnosed with migraine, or could it be a different type of headache? There are new protocols/medications for dealing with migraine. See a Neurologist. Mouth ulcers is a catch-all term. See either your Dentist or an ENT when you are having an outbreak so that you can be properly diagnosed and treated.
