Not necessarily: Many infants do not have their first teeth until 15 months. Crawling, pulling to stand and cruising occur about the same time by 9-10 months in most. If you have such concerns, share them with your doc, but i wouldn't worry specifically at this point.

Probably not: If you are concerned speak to your child's Pediatrician. If he/she has hit all other landmarks before this I wouldn't be too worried. As to teething, I've seen children born with teeth erupted, and others who did not get their 1st tooth until 18 months. All children should have their 1st dental appointment by their 1st b'day,. whether teeth are present or not. See a specialist Pedodontist.
