Moist skin: Hello. For your skin to be at an optimum state of hydration, you need to be sure that you are drinking enough water. And by water, that's what we mean. Coffee, ice tea, soda doesn't count. Divide your weight in half(lbs) then add ounces. This gives a "rough" estimate of your daily needs. In winter months, more is needed for hydration. A topical moisturizer and humidifier in your bedroom will help.
