Verify diagnosis: Sweat should not cause a "cut" to appear. When patients say they feel they have a cut then I need to see them to test for herpes, yeast and other skin abnormalities. Schedule a visit with an Obgyn to verify and diagnosis the problem. Then a treatment plan can be made.
