Water!: Be sure to drink plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated, use sunscreen to minimize skin damage, and don't smoke as this ages the skin. You'd be amazed how much these three simple things help. Otherwise, you can use a nourishing lotion (look for cocoa butter or shea butter or vaseline in the ingredients etc) as needed.
