Surgery.: Unfortunately, the only way to re-seal the hole or piercing is to have it surgically removed and then re-sutured together. The issue is more about the skin overlying the hole--skin will not grow back together unless it is wounded. A piercing such as this already has healed epithelialized skin which will not seal back together on its own.
