Yes: Raising your magnesium and potassium levels into the upper normal range can and often do suppress pacs - it's a very healthy and safe way to treat them. Risks: if you have kidney disease, you can retain too much. Large doses of magnesium often cause diarrhea. Otherwise, it's safe.
