Hard to say: You need to be evaluated by a physician to be able to answer your question. The causes of sudden onset back pain are several. Some could be simple muscle pain while rarely it could be pneumothorax just to mention 2.

Muscle spasm: The sneeze caused acute muscle spasm and the nerves between the ribs causes it to radiate. It is possible you disrupted the junction of the rib and its cartilage. Either way, give it time. It will get better.
