Sebaceous cysts: These are sweat pores that are filled with sebaceous (white cheesy) material. If they bother you, you can take a warm bath and see if after the bath you can squeeze the white cheesy material out (i have patients that ask me to do this for them). Without a picture, that's what i'm assuming they are. Consider an exam by professional to be sure and rule out any chance of a std.
