Possibly: At first, while the tumor is small, it is possible that some of the symptoms, like headaches, would come and go. As it gets bigger, the problem becomes more persistent and worsens in intensity. May i point out though, that these are non specific symptoms that can result from many other causes. Looks like you had cancer, so talk to your oncologist if you experience any abnormal neuro symptoms.

Do not look for them: Anxiety can create a lot of symptoms, which typically come and go. If one had cancer in reality, the symptoms persist and keep getting worse. So you are likely to be ok, just quit worrying about things which are rare!
