Tendonitis: Most common problem with that pain pattern would be tendonitis that would flair with over use or stress to the wrist. However, more problematic issues can give rise to similar complaints, such as a non-union of an occult scaphoid fracture, a ganglion of the wrist, or a ligament sprain. You need to follow up with a hand surgeon or your pcp.
