Get evaluated: Okay to go in to er or your doc asap. Vomiting and continuous abdominal pain is serious so don't delay. There are many possibilities for what is causing her illness, perforated ulcer, stuck gallstones, twisted bowel, abscess. She will likely not be able to get well without health care evaluation and delivery.
