Depends on the type: Of cancer. Common symptoms are pain, weakness, depression, loss of apetite despite losing weight, swelling at the site of the tumor, may be nausea, vomiting diarrhea, paralysis, difficulty breathing and lack of sleep etc. See this site for more info.
