"Without them"?: I'm not sure what you mean by "without them"? You sound very fearful. Your psychiatrist would likely want to know about anything that concerns or frightens you, so that he can offer help. My guess is that this is what he would do -- try to assist you. Hoping you'll be honest with your psychiatrist, even if it seems hard.
