Eat!: Eat when you're hungry but not in response to emotion. Make sure to eat healthy. Sugary foods will increase chance of being hungry as soon as sugar high wears off. Check out DASH & Mediterranean diet as proven to lower risk for chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, etc. Eat plenty of fiber to fill you up. Lean protein will take longer to digest & keep you fuller.
