Miss foods: They tend to miss foods they had when not dieting. Habits leading to good choices are difficult. I prefer making good choices to Dieting. If you make good choices and allow for some of those other foods, you are less likely to feel deprived. Some people also have the all or nothing thinking, good verses bad. Its not an optimal approach to food. Improve choices and allow for those other foods
