"Cheat Meals": So as to not feel too deprived from the special foods you crave, you could try a cheat meal maybe once a week. At that meal, don't overdo it, but rather, eat some of the food(s) that you most crave. Doing this adds the benefit of tricking your body to not go into starvation mode due to low caloric intake from diets. The starvation mode lowers one's metabolism, thus burning fewer calories.
