Diet/exercise: It is not possible to lose weight in one particular area. Fat is gained and lost evenly over the entire body. Consider seeing your pmd regarding helping you get set up with a diet and exercise program. Speaking with a nutritional isn't may be of benefit as well. Good luck! you should be examined by your pmd as well for evidence of breast mass or true gynocomastia.

They don't exist: These can be aggravated if your total body fat is above 20% or so, since fat will accumulate in the area.Any weight loss can reduce this component.This can also be caused/aggravated by some meds,medical conditions. If these are ruled out, to get rid of the glandular tissue you must have it removed surgically.
