Develop habit FIRST: First we need to develop the habit. It takes 6 weeks to develop a habit. Get a stopwatch and set it for 7 minutes. Hit start and walk out your' front door. When the timer goes off you are done and can return home for a total of 14 minutes exercise. Do this every day for 6 weeks. Once you have developed your healthy exercise habit NOW you can substitute other things like run, weight lift.
