Not at all!: If you are having pain after every sexual encounter, even if it's not "rough", then you need to get checked out. Sex should be pleasurable and fulfilling, not a source of discomfort. You could have poor lubrication, some type of vaginal/pelvic infection, scar tissue that is not allowing normal penetration comfortably - all kinds of possibles. Have ob/.Gyn check things out.
