Gynecomastia?: If you're a male with gynecomastia, get with a surgeon; removing the extra tissue is easily done in the office and is less troublesome than simple dental work. If you're a man or woman whose nipples simply are prominent but not otherwise abnormal, and it bugs you, a pair of band-aids or rash guards or a thicker t-shirt would be in order.
