Not sure what you : Are having difficulty coping with. If you are stressed, there are excellent stress management courses you can attend. If you need a place to vent, get support and reality feedback - therapy would likely be a good option for you. Alk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. >.
