Can you tell me how to know if you have bdd (body dysmorphic disorder)?

BDD...: ...Is basically a disorder of believing that your body is deformed when it actually isn't. If you think there is something seriously wrong with the way you look, and no one else seems to notice, then bdd is a possibility.

Body Dysmorphia: Psychological evaluation can determine if you have this condition. Body dysmorphic disorder is a mental health disorder in which one becomes extremely focused on perceived body/ facial defects that don't actually exist. It can damage self esteem and quality of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a good choice for treatment.
