Too much at once: Doesn't seem "smart" to me! taking two 20 mg generic Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) tablets at one time would exceed the recommended 20 mg every 8 hours, not to exceed a maximum 40 mg per day. Recommend discussing with prescriber why you have been thinking of taking two tablets at once.
